Springtime in Franschhoek – a peek through the lens
Here’s how you’re enjoying our wonderful town in the springtime. Take a look at Franschhoek through the lens on social media.
Head to Franschhoek this month – here’s why:
It’s the perfect time to visit Franschhoek. Our valley is filled with top-class culinary experiences, gorgeous getaways, award-winning wine farms and of course, our local fun market. Here’s what’s happening this month:
Art & Wine in Franschhoek (22 – 24 Oct)
Galleries open their doors for the Art & Wine in Franschhoek weekend, dedicated to showcasing works of art from our town. And don’t forget the art and craft at our own village market, so be sure to add the Saturday market to your list of must-see destinations.
Franschhoek Open Gardens Festival (29 – 31 Oct)
Our town will be in full bloom by the end of the month, so stroll through gardens across Franschhoek. Make a day of this festival and stop over at our market for fresh coffee and snacks in between garden visits.
We’re thrilled to have visitors from near and far come to our corner of the world, to visit our market. Your safety comes first, and that’s why our market COVID protocols remain in place. We look forward to seeing you at our village market soon.
Warm regards, Elsuna & Izanne, Franschhoek Village Market management team
